2. Eligibility & User Accounts
• By using FITHUB services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence.
• FITHUB products are not intended for minors under 16 years old. If you are between 16-18 years old, you must have a legal guardian’s consent before using our products and services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• FITHUB is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with these security obligations.
3. Product Information & Pricing
• We strive to accurately display product details, descriptions, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors.
• We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Certain products may be available exclusively online and have limited stock.
• All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.
4. Order Processing, Shipping, and Cancellations
• Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but this may vary based on demand.
• Shipping takes approximately 6-8 weeks, as products are shipped via LTL Freight for secure delivery.
• Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. A 5-10% processing fee will be deducted for administrative costs.

Appointment delivery process – Please ensure you provide accurate contact information at time of order, as this information will be used by the freight carrier to contact you BEFORE delivery to schedule a specific appointment time. You must be home during this appointment window.

Standard delivery process – Standard curbside delivery is provided for all orders. The carrier will unload the shipment at the end of your driveway.
Inside delivery process – Inside delivery is available for an additional “$$”. The carrier will bring the shipment through the first threshold, which is typically the garage.
White glove delivery – White glove delivery will include full setup of your product in a room of your choice and removal of all packaging.
Accessibility – In rare circumstances, your street may be too narrow for the delivery truck to reach you. If you suspect this will be an issue, please notify us in advance so we can make the right accommodations.
Damages/claims – If you suspect your shipment to be damaged, you are entitled to inspect the product with the driver present. You should also not accept the delivery and mark the BOL notating the specific damage.
5. Returns & Refunds
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to any returns due to the costs incurred during the fulfillment stage.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a returned product is used, damaged, or missing components, no refund will be issued, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
6. Limited Warranty
•Products sold by FITHUB are accompanied by the applicable manufacturer’s 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship only. FITHUB is the retailer and distributor of the equipment and is not the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for its manufacturer warranty subject to the terms of that warranty and applicable law.
• The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
• Electrical issues resulting from improper setup or power surges
• Customers must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
• Any repair, replacement, refund, or other warranty remedy is subject to the terms of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and applicable law. FITHUB may assist with coordinating warranty service as a customer-service courtesy, but such assistance does not create a separate or additional warranty by FITHUB except as otherwise required by applicable law.
• Manufacturer Warranty, Warranty Administration, and After-Sales Support
The limited warranty described above is a manufacturer’s limited warranty. FITHUB is a retailer and distributor of the product and is not the manufacturer of the equipment.
FITHUB may assist customers with warranty claims, troubleshooting, replacement parts, technical support, or communications with the manufacturer or its designated service provider as a customer-service accommodation. FITHUB may also refer customers directly to the manufacturer or a manufacturer-designated service provider for warranty service, technical support, software support, repairs, replacement parts, or other after-sales assistance.
Assistance provided by FITHUB does not create or extend any separate or additional warranty beyond the warranty otherwise applicable to the product, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Shipping, Freight, and Third-Party Service Costs
Except where expressly agreed to in writing by FITHUB or required by applicable law, FITHUB does not assume responsibility for shipping, freight, transportation, pickup, delivery, packaging, installation, removal, technician, labor, or other third-party service or logistics costs associated with warranty service, replacement parts, repairs, or replacement equipment.
Responsibility for such costs will be determined by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and applicable federal and state law. Nothing in this provision shall be interpreted as FITHUB voluntarily assuming any shipping, freight, transportation, labor, installation, removal, technician, or other third-party cost or obligation that is not otherwise legally required of FITHUB.
Manufacturer and Third-Party Services
FITHUB does not control the manufacturer or independent third-party service providers and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, response times, continued availability, parts availability, software support, policies, pricing, or service performance.
FITHUB may provide manufacturer or third-party service contact information and may transition or discontinue its own administrative, customer-service, technical-support, or warranty-assistance services. Customers may thereafter be directed to the manufacturer or another applicable service provider for continued after-sales assistance.
Discontinuation of FITHUB Operations
If FITHUB suspends, discontinues, dissolves, or otherwise ceases business operations or customer-support operations, such cessation does not create any new or additional refund, replacement, reimbursement, service, shipping, or other obligation on the part of FITHUB beyond obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this Section is intended to waive, restrict, or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, restricted, or modified under applicable federal or state law.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Risk of Loss, Damage, or Theft During Shipping
Once your order leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to you. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during shipping. If your shipment is damaged in transit, we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but the responsibility for the product rests with you once it departs from our facility.
To protect your purchase, we offer optional shipping insurance through a third party company called "ROUTE" to cover your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, you assume all risks associated with potential shipping issues. We strongly recommend selecting this coverage to safeguard your investment.
7. Liability Disclaimer and Usage Guidelines
Assumption of Risk
• Use of this equipment involves risk of physical injury, disability, or death.
• By using the FITHUB Titan Max, you voluntarily accept all risk and waive any claims against the seller for injury or damages.
• You agree to use the machine only as directed and assume full responsibility for any misuse.
Proper Use and Maintenance
• For indoor use only. Do not place or operate the machine outdoors, in a garage, or in any area exposed to rain, humidity, or extreme temperatures.
• Do not use the machine if any parts appear damaged or if it is not operating properly.
• Do not modify, disassemble, or attempt repairs unless performed by an authorized technician.
Mirror and Arm Safety
• Do not strike, hit, or bang the mirror surface under any circumstance.
• Do not lift, pull, or move the machine by its arms.
• When moving the machine, always cover the mirror and arms with padded protection to avoid injury or damage.
Health Considerations
• Consult with a doctor before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a history of heart conditions, joint issues, or other medical concerns.
• Do not use the machine if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol, medications, or drugs without first consulting a physician.
• Stop using the machine immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
• This machine is not a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice.
Age and Supervision
• This machine is intended for use by adults only.
• Keep children and pets away at all times.
• Do not leave the machine unattended while in use or powered on.
Limitation of Liability
• FITHUB is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
• Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring proper use, installation, and maintenance of all products.
• In no event shall FITHUB, its employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, property damage, or medical costs.
• FITHUB’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
• You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the seller, manufacturer, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal actions related to your use of the equipment.
Force Majeure
FITHUB is not liable for any delays, losses, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, shipping delays, pandemics, or government regulations.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes must first be resolved through informal negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Portland Oregon.
• By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
