Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is free on all orders.

• Expedited shipping is not available due to processing and freight limitations.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase.

• A 5-10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

• After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they are processed for fulfillment.

• All deposits are non refundable.

Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

• Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to opened products.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• If the product is used or damaged, it will be shipped back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

Damages & Issues

• Inspect your FITHUB Mirror upon delivery.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

• We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
